Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "the Player," "you") and 708pub ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 708pub Casino website, mobile interface, games, services, and all associated features accessible through 708pub.net (collectively, "the Services").

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law;

• Single Account: You must not hold more than one (1) active account on the Platform at any time. Multiple accounts for the same individual are strictly prohibited;
• Own Funds: All deposits made to the Platform must be funded from sources legally owned by you. You must not deposit funds on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.

708pub reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

To access the full range of Services offered by 708pub, you must register for a member account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete;
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change;
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and are fully responsible for all activity occurring under your account;
• You will notify 708pub immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• You will not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise permit any third party to access your account.

708pub is required under PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) framework to verify the identity of all members prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or Philippine passport). Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may deposit and play but are restricted from withdrawals until verification is completed and approved.

Deposits & Withdrawals

708pub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Currently accepted methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 708pub wallet within seconds of successful payment authorization. Bank transfer deposits submitted before 8:00 PM on banking business days are credited the same day. 708pub does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed in accordance with the following target timeframes: GCash and Maya — 15 to 30 minutes; BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank — 2 to 4 hours on banking business days. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; processing may be delayed by network conditions, banking cut-off times, or security review requirements.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible;
• 708pub reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if 708pub has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms;
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once before withdrawal request may be subject to administrative review.

Bonuses & Promotions

708pub may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside the relevant offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.

General conditions applicable to all 708pub bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes and are not redeemable for cash without satisfying applicable wagering requirements;
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds;
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be shared between accounts;

Gameplay Rules

In the event of any dispute concerning the outcome of a game, the records maintained by 708pub's game servers — and where applicable, the records of the relevant game provider — shall be the definitive and binding record of the outcome.

708pub makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that games are available continuously. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific game or the Platform as a whole. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of games. No compensation is payable for game downtime unless 708pub determines, at its sole discretion, that a technical fault directly affected the outcome of an active wager.

All random number generator (RNG)-based games use certified RNG systems as provided by the respective game studios. 708pub does not modify game outcomes. The published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-run return as certified by the game provider and are not a guarantee of returns in any individual session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 708pub Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and/or relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or through nominees;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain any advantage in gameplay;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play designed to circumvent game rules or exploit other players;
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform, whether the source of funds is criminal or otherwise;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in games or the Platform for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploiting a known or identifiable error will be voided;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 708pub staff through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any software component of the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 708pub Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, software, game assets, and documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of 708pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, or republish any content from the Platform; create derivative works based on Platform content; use the 708pub brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 708pub's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services — whether in contract, tort, statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your 708pub account in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

708pub shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential:

• Loss of gaming winnings, revenue, or profits resulting from Platform downtime, technical faults, or connectivity issues;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was facilitated by your own negligence;
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (including GCash, Maya, or banking institutions);
• Indirect or consequential losses of any nature whatsoever.

Nothing in these Terms limits 708pub's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Responsible Gaming

708pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a fundamental part of its operating philosophy. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase to a previously set limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set time limits on individual gaming sessions, after which the Platform will prompt the player to either confirm continued play or conclude the session;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is effective immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

Termination & Suspension

You may close your 708pub account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance in a closed account (net of any void bonuses and applicable pending withdrawal reviews) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period following account closure, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

708pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account — with or without prior notice at its sole discretion — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including age verification;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other criminal activity;
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months;
• PAGCOR direction or instruction requiring account action.

In cases of termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), 708pub reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account to the extent permitted by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, and the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) where the dispute falls within PAGCOR's regulatory competence.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve disputes through 708pub's internal complaints process. Complaints may be submitted in writing to 708pub customer support. 708pub undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within 30 business days.

Amendments to These Terms

708pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email or prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where a shorter notice period is required by law, regulatory direction from PAGCOR, or urgent security considerations.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
